When you contact us

The business interest form collects your business name, contact name, category, phone number and optional email. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and follow up about participating in LOPcard. Submitted details are stored in private Vercel Blob storage in Frankfurt and are not displayed on this website.

Site usage

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits, and private event records to count community clicks, business interactions and installation actions. These records include the action, time and relevant business or area identifier. We do not send form contact details to analytics, use advertising cookies, or include Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.

Protecting the forms

We use short-lived form tokens and rate limits to reduce spam. Rate-limit records use a time-specific keyed hash instead of storing your IP address.

Other services

Joining a community or contacting a business takes you to another service. WhatsApp, Viber and other linked services have their own privacy practices.

On your device

Your browser may cache the app’s icons and offline page. Form submissions and contact details are not cached by the app.
